Bern feels like he’s pacing in a cage by the end of the page. I don’t think anyone present (including himself) understands why this choice is so difficult. And it’s all with the city council present. (Yikes)

Sometimes when you’re put on the spot and you get asked: “what do you truly want” an answer can suddenly pop out, I had that experience once. But it wasn’t a question that was so loaded with pressure and fear as it is for Bern.
